Mental performance coaching helps athletes address the barriers holding them back from achieving peak performance. These barriers can be perfectionistic tendencies, high expectations, low confidence and trust, poor mistake response, unproductive self-talk, and more.

Basketball Skills Training

Becoming the most skilled player you can be

My purpose is to teach the skills needed to play the game and help you become the most skilled player YOU can be. This is not a scripted list of moves based on position, this is developing a rich skill base so you can adapt and play through whatever the game throws at you. Each player will get a personalized skill development program to work on at home. This tool will help the athlete to work on the skills we rep during the training session as well as teach accountability and responsibility.

“I didn't start playing basketball until I was in 8th grade and I thought I would never catch up to the girls that started playing when they were young. Once I realized I had a love for the game, I became obsessed with becoming as good as those girls. I practiced so much but I just felt like I was missing something until I got the chance to play for Coach Bry and Club Utah. That was my first opportunity to play structured basketball for a coach who actually taught me about the game.
